Your plan stays yours.

Win The Week is designed to work without an account, a cloud service or tracking. Your routines and progress stay on your device.

Effective: 19 September 2026 App version: 0.0.1

1. Who this policy is for

This policy explains how Win The Week handles information when you use the Win The Week app or this website. The app is a personal routine planner for iPhone and Android.

Important: this policy describes the current version of the app and website. If we add an account, cloud backup, analytics, advertising, email sign-up, payments or a new data-sharing feature, we will update this policy before that feature is used.

2. The app: information stays on your device

The app stores the information you enter to make the app work. This may include routine names, colours, frequencies, planned days, task order, completion history and in-app onboarding preferences.

This information is stored locally in the app’s on-device storage. It is not transmitted to Win The Week, a cloud service, advertisers, analytics providers or other third parties. We do not receive, view, sell or share it.

Deleting the app normally removes its locally stored information from that device. Device backups and storage-management behaviour are controlled by your device and operating-system settings.

3. No accounts, advertising or tracking

Win The Week does not ask you to create an account. It does not use advertising SDKs, behavioural advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking pixels or cross-app tracking. It does not collect device identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone data or health data.

The app does not currently send notifications or request notification permission.

4. This website

This website does not provide a contact form, mailing list or account system, and it does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We do not intentionally collect personal information through the site.

If you choose a light or dark theme, the site stores that preference in your browser’s local storage under the key wtw-theme. It is used only to remember your display choice on this site. It is not sent to us or shared with anyone. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s storage in your browser.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to retrieve those font files, so Google may receive technical information such as your IP address under its own privacy terms. You can block this through browser controls, but the site’s typography may change.

6. Your choices and rights

For information held only on your own device, you control it directly: you can edit routines in the app or remove the app and its local data. If we process personal data about you through a future direct contact, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to processing. You can also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Details are available at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

7. Contact and policy changes

Before this site is published, the operator’s legal name and a working privacy contact email must be added here. This is required so people can exercise their data-protection rights and contact the data controller.

We will post any updates to this page and change the effective date above. Please review it when you use a new version of the app or site.
